Our policies exist to keep pets safe and appointments running smoothly. If you don't see your answer here, just ask.
Vaccinations
Happy Hearts requires current core vaccinations appropriate to our grooming policy. Exact requirements and accepted documentation are maintained by the business — contact us for the current policy before your first appointment.
Records can be sent ahead of your appointment. Contact Happy Hearts for the current submission method.
Booking
Book through the contact page, by calling the office at 404-941-9042, or by calling or texting the mobile line at 404-433-1181.
Recurring clients are scheduled first. New appointment availability depends on current route and studio capacity.
Deposits
Deposit terms are set by Happy Hearts and confirmed when your appointment is booked.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are confirmed at booking. Please give as much notice as possible so the time can be offered to another pet.
Late Appointments
Appointment windows are scheduled tightly. If we cannot begin on time, the groom may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
Recurring Grooming
Most mobile grooming clients are expected to stay on approximately a 4–5 week grooming rotation. Consistent schedules produce better coats and hold your route spot.
Coat Condition & Matting
Matting is assessed at the appointment. When brushing out a matted coat would be painful or unsafe, a shorter haircut is the humane option and will be discussed with you first.
Behavior & Safety
Tell us before booking. Grooming is always handled at a pace the pet can tolerate, and an appointment may be stopped early if continuing is not safe for the pet or the groomer.
Mobile Grooming Access
We need a legal, level parking space close to your entrance. Let us know about gated communities, permits, low clearance or steep driveways in advance.
Requirements are confirmed when your service location is approved. Please let us know if an exterior outlet or water spigot is unavailable.

Pricing
Final grooming prices may vary based on breed, size, coat condition, desired haircut, coat length, behavior and the time required to complete the groom safely and comfortably.
